How do I list my parking space?
Simply provide the address of your property, and we'll automatically connect you with nearby venues within a 30-minute walking distance. After registering, you'll be able to list your space for all upcoming events at these connected venues. Just add a description with photos, specify how many vehicles your space can accommodate, and include access instructions for parkers.
How will I get paid?
You'll receive your payment within 3 days after the event ends. Funds will be added to your DIBS balance, and you can withdraw your earnings in 15-day windows via bank transfer.
What are my main responsibilities as a host?
Honor all confirmed bookings, keep your parking space clean and accessible, and be available for contact during the reserved time. Make sure your space is safe for parkers with adequate lighting if offering night parking.
What insurance protection does DIBS provide?
DIBS provides insurance coverage for property damage to your property caused by parkers and for bodily injuries occurring in your parking space. For detailed coverage information, you can review our Terms of Service.
What if someone stays longer than their booking?
There's a 1-hour grace period after the reservation ends. After that, penalty fees apply, and for extended overstays, you may authorize towing at the parker's expense.
